“Happy birthday my Olivia,” Travolta wrote in a caption composed underneath the photograph of the pair as their iconic Grease characters Danny Zuko and Sandy Olsson in their finish of-film all-black outfits.

Travolta was by all accounts not the only person near Newton-John celebrating her birthday under two months after her death.

Chloe Lattanzi, Newton-John’s daughter, shared a video of herself and other family individuals “celebrating my beautiful mother’s birthday” Monday on Instagram as well.

Newton-John’s single man, John Easterling, can also be found in the video and in a separate clasp Lattanzi shared to her own Instagram Story, of several family individuals celebrating at dinner.

Travolta and Newton-John shared a companionship that spanned decades past their involvement in Grease.

The pair even rejoined and spruced up as the iconic lovebirds during the Meet n’ Grease sing-along occasion at the Coral Sky Amphitheater in West Palm Beach, Florida, back in December 2019.

“We accomplished something extraordinary, making that film,” Newton-John told Individuals back in 2018 on the film’s 40th anniversary.

She continued, “[At the premiere] you got the feeling from the energy that something was happening. It was an enormous response.

I feel grateful to be a part of that and to have worked with him. We’ve stayed companions from that point onward.” “[In intense times] John always reaches out to me,” Newton-John added, as Travolta said, “When you share that kind of brilliant achievement — and nothing has had the option to surpass it — you share a bond.”

“I’ve had to deal with her having a youngster, getting separated, losing her sister. She’s had to deal with my getting married, having kids.

It’s wonderful and brimming with shared recollections,” the actor added.

Travolta recently presented a loving recognition on Newton-John on Instagram after her death in August, noting his former costar’s “incredible” impact.

“My dearest Olivia, you made all of our lives such a ton better,” he captioned a throwback photograph of Newton-John.

“Your impact was incredible. I love you to such an extent. We will see you not too far off and we will all be together again.”

“Yours from the second I saw you and forever! Your Danny, your John!” Travolta concluded.
